Cam was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in Tasmania in 1994 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2000.

Cam works in our commercial department and specialises in all areas of business support, restructuring and corporate insolvency.

Having practised in the UK for most of his career, Cam's recent relevant experience includes:

• Advising on the restructure, including a solvent voluntary liquidation, of a group of companies licensed as financial services providers
• Leading a team of lawyers to conduct and advise on the trading receivership of an international group of automotive industry companies based in the UK and Australia
• Conducting and advising on the transfer of two superannuation funds to form sub-funds of a larger scheme, including drafting new scheme rules
• Conducting and advising on the solvent restructure of a group of companies
• Advising on and drafting multiple service contracts for the outsourcing of projects funded by government monies

Since his return to the State, Cam has also invested significant time and energy back into the community via pro bono work, including as a director of is theatre Limited, and acting for (and performing with) the Hobart Highland Pipe Band.
