Catherine O'Sullivan - lawyer

Catherine graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts and Law (majoring in English and Journalism).   Catherine was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2008.   She spent two years practicing in Devonport before taking up a position with a Hobart law firm in 2010.  Catherine has since practiced exclusively in Family Law.

 
Catherine joined Dobson Mitchell & Allport in January 2012. She practices exclusively within the Family Law area.   Her work includes:
 
  • Property settlements;
  • Children’s matters;
  • Divorce applications;
  • Child protection proceedings;
  • Applications for Family Violence Orders;
  • Paternity testing.
 
Catherine’s experience and knowledge is a valuable addition to the Family Law team.  
 
Catherine welcomes both private and legally aided clients.
