David graduated from the University of Tasmania in with a combined degree in Law and Arts. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2008 and commenced working at Dobson Mitchell & Allport in September 2008.

David is currently working in the litigation department, working on:

•  Workers compensation and personal injury litigation;
• Insurance litigation including fire claims, personal injuries and property damage; and
• Commercial litigation including contractual, property and local government matters.
