Gretel was admitted to practice in 1993 and joined Dobson Mitchell & Allport in 2000. She was made an associate in 2001.

Prior to joining Dobson Mitchell & Allport, Gretel practised as a commercial litigator in Melbourne and Hobart.

Gretel specialises in civil and commercial litigation. Her practice areas encompass company and trade practices matters, professional negligence, contractual and commercial matters, employment law and local government matters.

Gretel also provides a range of compliance services to clients, including preparing compliance policies and manuals, and conducting in house compliance training programs.
