Lyndall was admitted to practice in 2004 and joined Dobson Mitchell & Allport in 2009. Lyndall’s general area of practice is commercial and property law, including estate planning and administration.
Lyndall is able to assist commercial and private clients with:
- Estate administration, including applications to the Supreme Court of Tasmania for probate and letters of administration;
- Estate planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and guardianship instruments;
- Commercial and residential conveyancing;
- Business sales and acquisitions;
- Contract drafting and negotiation;
- Leasing, including general commercial, retail and residential tenancies;
- Subdivision, strata title and general property matters, including advice relating to easements and restrictive covenants; and
- Land Titles Office applications.
