Paul joined the firm in 2008 when the legal practice previously conducted by Hand Ogilvie & Breheny was incorporated with Dobson Mitchell & Allport.
Paul graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2004 with a combined degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, majoring in business economics. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University in 2005 with merit. He was admitted to practice in the Australian Capital Territory and in Tasmania in 2005. He was admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2006.
Paul practises in our commercial division. His main area of expertise is in property law. His experience includes assisting clients with:
