Dobson Mitchell & Allport provides a debt recovery service. This includes recovery in the Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court. We endeavour to keep our fees low, so that clients can limit the amount they are out of pocket because of this service which is, unfortunately, a necessary aspect of running a business.

For clients with high volume debts (such as local Councils), we offer a tailored service which includes fixed fees. We find that clients appreciate the assistance this gives them in managing recovery expenses.

Our service extends to court hearings if this becomes necessary due to debts being disputed by the debtor.

Once a judgment is obtained, we can proceed to issue process to seize and sell property, sell real estate, garnishee wages or other contractual amounts due to the debtor, and advise on bankruptcy and liquidation.
