Dobson Mitchell & Allport has a strong and respected litigation practice. Tasmanian lawyers are entitled to practice as both barristers (representing clients in court) and as solicitors. We are able to make good use of this flexibility, with our own lawyers acting as "in-house" counsel when appropriate. We also brief external counsel where requested by clients.
